Great regular at Matt’s in the Market for lunch at the bar.

Wonderful meeting in NYC with Simon and (in another lament) having lunch at the now closed Mary’s Fish Camp.

We shared an incredible basket of lobster knuckles and asian pork buns with monkfish and sriracha aioli!

And maybe a few glasses of wine.

Simon, a well known food and beverage imbiber, who made and kept friends easily and was very well known around many establishments.
